Unbelievable pricing. I spent $120 on 2 kids for a mere 4 hours. I overstayed for 1 hour; it is stated at the counter that hourly charges apply. I'm happy to pay the prorated hourly fee of $15.40 ($38.50/2.5h) for each child. However, I was charged half of the 2.5h package which is almost $40 additional for both children. That's not what "hourly charges apply" mean, isn't it? Such dishonest choice for wording. Definitely my last time here. I'm better off at Kidztopia actually.

Children age 4 and above please read the instructions! Follow instructions! ( as if they are able to spot the sign and are able to read) The management was telling off some kids sternly not to climb and asking them to follow instructions. I get it. Climbing the slide is not allowed. But small kids being kids, will they know? Please don’t dampen their visit here. Glad the management is doing their job, but as a paying parent that wants my kids to have a great time, please tell them firmly but nicely. There’s no need to tell them off as if they did something criminal.

A very overhyped and overpriced place. Much smaller than I had imagined it to be. It’s quite empty because it’s expensive. So the guests are mostly expat kids with their helpers or grandparents. Toddler area is small with a ball pool. No sensory play or pretend play for younger kids, and that area is freezing cold. Older kids have the basic climbing structure, slides, ball pool and trampoline area. My kids ended up spending most of their time at the trampoline area, but complained that the nets are lousy compared to a real trampoline park. The only thing that is rare about this place is the super high slide. There is an empty area, which I presume was supposed to be the golf simulator. Now they only play videos of kids teaching dancing. Party rooms are beautiful though. Very excessive decor for the booth seats - like sitting in a car/carriage. You are likely paying for the excessive decor of the place - they have like a mammoth and a dinosaur, among other exhibits, and also of course the pricey rental at Great World City. Other than that… There are so many playgrounds that are more fun (and cheaper too). But if you like something quiet, empty and clean, then this place is for you.

Visited Amazonia with my 3 kids ages 10, 3 and 2 y.o. in Jan 2022 and March school holiday. We love this place because it's clean and there are play areas for both toddlers and older kids. It's not so big where I have to tail them and worry where they are. The crowd is also controlled and reasonable. Cafe serves a good selection of food and drinks. A good place for parents to chill and rest. Service is good always.
